Job Description
The Sales Head / Vice President – PAN India will lead the overall sales function, driving revenue growth and national expansion across India. This role is responsible for building and managing a high-performance sales organization, overseeing both direct and indirect sales channels, and scaling business across EV Charging, Solar, and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
Role & Responsibilities
Develop and execute PAN India sales strategy aligned with company growth objectives
Drive revenue across EV Charging, Solar (Rooftop & C&I), and BESS segments
Recruit, lead, and manage Sales Heads, Regional Sales Managers, and Cluster Sales teams
Establish a strong direct sales (enterprise/key accounts) and indirect channel network (distributors, ISPs, DSAs)
Own national sales targets and ensure consistent achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual goals
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, forecasting, and conversion strategy
Identify and expand into new markets including Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities
Drive large enterprise, government, and infrastructure deals
Implement CRM-driven sales processes and performance tracking systems
Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams for seamless execution and customer experience
Conduct regular performance reviews, training, and team development initiatives

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Business (MBA preferred)
12–20 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in renewable energy, EV, electrical, or infrastructure sectors
Proven experience in building and scaling PAN India sales teams and channel networks
Strong understanding of direct and indirect sales models
Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed large revenue targets
Excellent leadership, team management, and stakeholder management skills
Strong negotiation, communication, and deal-closing capabilities
Experience working with CRM tools and sales analytics
12–20 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in renewable energy, EV, electrical, or infrastructure sectors
